The association’s mission is to promote the spoken word, speech and language; to foster a positive relationship with the spoken word among the general public, regardless of age or social background; and to support democratic values and the principles of civil society.

About project Erben feat. Grimm – Michala Piskačová A narrative inspired by Erben’s ballad and the Brothers Grimm’s fairy tale Fitcher’s Bird (originally Charles Perrault’s Bluebeard). Piskačová
Statutory reprezentative
Michala is a cultural organizer, lecturer, and storyteller.
She holds a master’s degree from the Department of Theater Studies at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University in Prague. She completed her doctoral studies at the Department of Creative Writing and Pedagogy at DAMU in Prague with a dissertation about nowadays storytelling.
She completed study internships at Jagiellonian University in Kraków and at the University of Warsaw.
In 2017, she founded the international storytelling festival Kolotoč příběhů.
She was involved in the founding of the Association of Theater Instructors and the Association of Cultural Centers of the Czech Republic.
She is a member of the executive committee of the Federation of European Storytellers.

A teacher of language and speech, a rhetorician, poet, performer, and frontman of the bands reBRELové and Three daughters…, an instructor for the creative writing, authorial readings, and public speaking courses, translator and interpreter. Homo politicus, visionary.
He hails from České Budějovice and is a graduate of the Department of Creative Writing and Pedagogy at DAMU in Prague.
